NetSupport School version 15.10.0002 has now been released as is available for download from our websites.
This release of NetSupport School this release will work with a NetSupport School version 15.00 license key
The following platforms for NetSupport School have been included in this release:
Bulgarian, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, English, European Portuguese, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin American, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Traditional Chinese and Turkish.

What is new
- The Tech Console now includes our new online help pages.
- Provided an updated set of questions and example exam to testing modules. This will be visible for new installs.
- Updates to the ADMX templates to add the ability to set;
- Show Active Application and Website icons on Thumbnails.
- Ability to hide the inappropriate words from the Word list.
- To default Application Monitor and Survey tabs to details mode.
- To set the 4 pre-set messages at the Tutor.
- To set connected message, viewing message.
- To set a User acknowledgment timer on the students.
- Removed the Block Execute options for USB/DVD from the Tutor and Tech console, the option can be re enabled by a registry key if required.
- Removed "Show filenames only" option from settings as no longer required. Icon/details/list display options are now displayed within both File Transfer and Distribution interfaces.
What is Fixed
- Fixed an issue when renaming an application from the block list to one in the approved list would bypass any restriction in place.
- Resolved an issue where an Edge browser was closing if a restricted website was visited. It now correctly shows the block page.
- Fixed an issue that allowed blocked websites to be viewed in Edge browser when using the split screen feature.
- Fixed an issue that allowed blocked websites to be viewed in Edge browser side bar. If a blocked website is visited in this side bar view it will be closed.
- Resolved an issue that allowed students to close a full screen show using Alt + F4.
- Resolved an issue that allowed embedded YouTube videos to be viewed within Microsoft Word when website restrictions prevented them from being viewed in a browser.
- Corrected the removal of the Tutor Console app when performing a modify and only choosing to remove the Tech Console.
- Fixed a Tutor/Tech Console lock up that could occur in a wireless environment.
- Resolved a Tutor crash when using Quick Launch with a filename that does not exist on the student.
- Fixed an issue where the Chrome browser side bar was not blocking restricted websites.
- Resolved an application not responding issue when the Tech Console is connecting to lots of students.
